b. AmarBari reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason.

c. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of property information before making any decisions.

5. Prohibited Activities:

a. Users must not engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities on the Platform.

b. Users must not use the Platform for purposes that violate any applicable laws or regulations.

c. Users must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems.

6. Intellectual Property:
